EVANSTON, Ill. -- No. 12 Northwestern will put its 10-game winning streak on the line on Saturday when it hosts No. 16 DePaul in another crosstown clash at Welsh-Ryan Arena.
A tradition that began with head coach Joe McKeown, Northwestern will host the seventh annual Autism Awareness Game on Saturday. A cause that is near and dear to the Wildcat women's basketball program, NU will once again welcome the Chicagoland chapter of Autism Speaks and continue to create awareness for the cause. There will be a quiet room available in the arena and other special in-game activities. Fans will have the opportunity to participate in face painting, post-game autographs and other in-game activities.

All-Time Series Record: DePaul leads, 16-15

Megan Podkowa, who was named the BIG EAST Conference Player of the Week, leads DePaul with 14.5 points and 8.1 rebounds per game. Repeating as the BIG EAST regular season and tournament champions in 2015, the Blue Demons were picked as the favorite to win the BIG EAST Conference for the third consecutive season. Seniors Megan Podkowa and Chanise Jenkins were each selected at unanimous Preseason All-BIG EAST selections.

It marks the highest rankings since the 1991-92 season when the 'Cats were touted as high as 11.
COFFEY ROLLS ALONG
Nia Coffey tallied her 1,000th-career point in the 'Cats season-opening win over Howard. The junior became the second active Wildcat to accomplish the feat, and joined eight other players in the Big Ten's 1,000-point club.
The junior was named to the 2015-16 Preseason All-Big Ten team, and was named First-Team All-Big Ten in 2015. Coffey scored in double figures in 31 contests during the 2014-15 season and poured in 20-plus points on seven occasions. Coffey was one of just two Big Ten Players to rank among the league's top 10 in points (15.2 ppg), rebounds (9.7 rpg) and blocks (1.8 bpg), while recording a team-best 14 double-doubles on the year.
