EVANSTON, Ill.--No. 16 Northwestern (8-3-1) takes on the undefeated No. 2 Notre Dame Irish (7-0-4) Tuesday at Alumni Stadium in South Bend, Ind.

Since 2008, the Wildcats have gone 3-0-2 against the Irish in five meetings, including the `Cats taking defeating the No. 7 Irish 2-1 in the last meeting in 2012.
