EVANSTON, Ill. -- There's no denying that it can be challenging to keep practice fresh and exciting during a field hockey season that extends from early August to the middle of November. To help achieve that, Northwestern periodically warms up for practices and games by playing Powerball, an intense hybrid game introduced to us by Megan Jamieson in her latest video blog edition of Jamieson's Journal.
