EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern would like to invite students, faculty, staff and community fans to the Thomas Athletic Complex Tuesday, as we celebrate the Northwestern Women's Lacrosse Team's perfect season and National Championship.
The festivities will begin at 5 p.m. with team introductions and speeches by the coaches, players, Mark Murphy and University President Henry Bienen. After the program, we will open it up for everyone to relax and picnic at the field as all concession items will be just $1.
What: Women's Lacrosse National Championship Celebration
When: Tuesday, May 31 at 5 p.m.
Where: Thomas Athletic Complex
in the case of inclement weather, we will move to the indoor basketball courts of the Sports Pavilion & Aquatics Center next door
Why: To celebrate an historic season!!
