EVANSTON, Ill. - Senior Diane Provencher was named to the Big Ten all-tournament team for her performance in the Wildcats' 3-2 loss to Ohio State in the first round.

With Ohio State ahead 3-0 in the second half, the 'Cats made a furious comeback attempt. Provencher pulled NU to within a goal at 3-2 with less than nine minutes remaining in the game when she scored her third of the season.

Provencher was also named second team all-Big Ten by the conferences' coaches. Both honors are the first of her career.

The co-captain posted the best offensive season of her career, tallying three goals and three assists.
