EVANSTON, Ill. - The top ten of women's fencing will surely be decided this weekend, as the top three teams in the midwest, including No. 6 Northwestern, will meet at the Ohio State Duals Saturday.

NU (20-1) is currently tied in the rankings with No. 6 Ohio State, and Notre Dame sits at No. 2. These rankings, however, do not reflect Northwestern's victory over Notre Dame or No. 4 Stanford at last weekend's Air Force Invitational. The latest poll is projected to be out next week.

In addition to OSU and ND, other teams competing in this weekend's event are Case Western, Wayne State and Cleveland State, squads that Northwestern has soundly defeated this season.

Clearly, the Wildcats will be the targeted team to beat. The last time NU traveled to OSU for a dual was in November, when they beat the Buckeyes on their home turf, 15-12. That was the same score by which NU defeated the Fighting Irish last weekend.
