EVANSTON, Ill. - Fourth-seeded Iowa (12-4, 3-3 Big Ten) needed overtime to defeat No. 5 seed Penn State (12-7, 3-3 Big Ten) in the second game of the Big Ten Field Hockey Tournament, held at Lakeside Field on the campus of Northwestern University.
Iowa had a 2-1 lead until the final 42 seconds of the game, when Penn State's Kiley Kulina scored and sent the game into overtime.
