SUMMARY: The Northwestern field hockey team dropped its second game of the year as they fell to Wake Forest, 6-0, in St. Louis, Mo. The goalkeeping duties were split between senior Jessica Yates and sophomore Kendra Mesa. The two goalies combined to save six shots in the game. Lindsay Wright led the Wildcats with three shots on goal.
The Demon Deacons outshot the Wildcats 12-6 but only had a 1-0 halftime lead. The Deacon "D" was to much for Northwestern as they managed just six shots on goal. Leading the way for Wake Forest was Jenny Everett who racked up one goal and three assists in the game.
