Men's Soccer Posts First Shutout of Season

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Northwestern posted its first shutout of the season in Sunday's 3-0 victory at the Michigan State-Quality Suites Classic. Brandon Swalve, who has scored in each of the Wildcats three games this season, struck first by heading in a corner kick just before halftime. Jon Cantwell scored his second goal of the season on a penalty kick after Eastern Michigan's Brian Zawislak was awarded a yellow card. David Mooradian got his second on the year on a breakaway near the end of regulation.
