Men's Soccer to Host Big Ten Championship

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern will play host to the Big Ten Men's Soccer Championship Nov. 13-15 at Lakeside Field. As the top two seeds, Indiana (ranked No. 3 in the country) and Penn State will receive first round byes. The full schedule with game times is listed below.
Tickets will be available each day at the gate beginning one hour prior to the start of the first game. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. All seating is general admission. To purchase tickets in advance, please call the Wildcat Athletic Ticket Office at (847) 491-CATS.
Parking at Lakeside Field will be by permit only. Spectators can purchase parking daily for $3 or an all-session parking pass for $5. The passes will be sold at the entrance to the parking lot.
The championship match will be televised on tape delay Mon. Nov. 16 (7:30 p.m.) and Tues. Nov. 17 (noon) on Fox Sports Chicago.

In addition, Sears is celebrating five years of the Sears Directors Cup and is about to present its 10,000th conference championship trophy. In light of this milestone, there will be a brief presentation at the conclusion of the championship match. A representative from Sears will be on hand to present our champion with a specially crafted Waterford crystal vase which commemorates their milestone.
