EVANSTON, Ill. - Ohio State used two second half goals as the 20th-ranked Buckeyes knocked off Northwestern on Friday afternoon, 3-1. OSU's Marije van Nouhuys gave the Buckeyes a 1-0 halftime lead with her goal at the 24:10 mark.
Northwestern freshman Lisa Comrie (San Diego, Calif./Scripps Ranch) tied the game at 1-1 with her goal at the 24:40 mark of the second half. OSU reclaimed the lead 10 minutes later and added a last-minute tally to seal the win.
