Field Hockey Team Falls to #4 Iowa

EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern field hockey fell to 3-6 with loss to #4 Iowa. Colleen Hotz scored her second goal of the season with 4:31 left in the first half to tie the game at one. Amy Haase tallied her fifth assist feeding Hotz. Iowa then picked up its intensity on defense and held the 'Cats to no shots on goal in the second half.
Freshman Michelle Cifelli started her first collegiate field hockey game against Iowa. She scored her first goal last weekend against then #5 Ohio State.
