Antoinette Lucas, a 1991 Northwestern graduate, was one of 16 players chosen to represent the United States at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996. Selected to the National Senior squad in 1990, Lucas earned a silver medal in the 1995 and 1999 Pan American Games, a bronze medal in the 1991 Pan American Games and a bronze medal in the Women’s World Cup in 1994. She has competed in over 110 international matches. During her collegiate career at Northwestern, Lucas was a two-time All-American in both field hockey and lacrosse. She led the ’Cats to four-straight NCAA Tournament appearances in field hockey, including the Final Four in 1989 where she was named to the all-tournament team.
