NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE FIELD AT MARTIN STADIUM ADDRESS

Situated on the shores of Lake Michigan, Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium is home to Northwestern football, lacrosse and soccer. The upgraded facility began operation ahead of the 2024 season and will continue to serve as Northwestern football’s primary home during the construction of the new Ryan Field, set to open in fall of 2026.
Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium opened its gates in August 2024, and its inaugural football game was played on August 31 against Miami (OH).
In January of 2025, the NCAA announced that Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium will become the first facility outside of the eastern time zone to host an NCAA DI Women’s Lacrosse National Championship, as Northwestern and the city of Evanston were awarded the 2026 semifinal and championship games.
Northwestern football is scheduled to play five of its home games during the 2025 season at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium, including four Big Ten contests.
The facility is named to honor the generosity and leadership of Trustee J. Landis Martin ’68, ’73 JD and Sharon Martin ’02 P, ’07 P, ’08 P.
