Zach Peters joined Northwestern in June 2024 as a Recruiting and Scouting Analyst and was elevated to Director of High School Scouting ahead of the 2025 season.
Prior to arriving at Northwestern, Peters spent time at North Dakota State from 2021 to 2024. He joined the program as a Football Operations & Recruiting Assistant before being promoted to Director of Football Recruiting & Player Personnel. During his time with the Bison, the program advanced to three consecutive FCS semifinals, appeared in the FCS title game in 2022, and won the FCS National Championship in 2021.
Peters previously spent four seasons as a Student Equipment Manager with the Iowa State football program and also served as an Equipment Manager Intern with the Indianapolis Colts.
He graduated from Iowa State with a degree in finance and later earned a master’s degree in Human Nutrition & Exercise Science from North Dakota State.
