TC Hager joined Northwestern Athletics in September of 2022 as an Assistant Director of Events and Facilities Management. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Ryan Fieldhouse/Walter Athletics Center which are home to 11 of Northwesternβs varsity athletic programs. He also assists with facility operations for the rest of Lakeside Campus which includes Patten Gymnasium, Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, Blomquist Recreation Center, and Lakeside Fields. Hager is currently the lead event administrator for Womenβs Tennis, Fencing, and Menβs/Womenβs Golf,Β while also assisting with both football and menβs basketball programs. He also manages facility operations on the Lakeside Campus and coordinates rentals in the Walter Athletics Center and Martin Stadium Β Prior to his current role at Northwestern, Hager spent fourΒ years as the Superintendent of Fitness and Recreation at the Rochelle Park District, where he oversaw event management and facility operations for a 90,000 ft2Β multipurpose recreation facility. Β The Rochelle, Ill.Β native graduated from the University of Iowa (β18) with a bachelorβs degree in Exercise Science. HagerΒ received his masterβs degree in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University (β19), while working as a Graduate Assistant within the recreation department.
