Jerome Grey

Jerome Grey has served as a recruiting and scouting analyst at Northwestern since October 2024.
After holding various coaching positions from 2018 to 2020, Grey spent three years as an assistant football coach at Drake University from March 2020 to June 2023.
Grey became a part-time external scout with the Cleveland Browns in November 2022, holding the role until March 2023. He returned to the NFL in July 2023, spending two months as the Minnesota Vikings’ Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellow.
He returned to the Browns as an external film analyst from August 2023 to March 2024.
Grey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication from Wheaton College in 2019.
