Joyce Oakes has served Northwestern Athletics as a Department Assistant in the Recreation Department for over 30 years.  She currently oversees the Sport Clubs travel component of Competitive Sports and assists with the Wildcat Summer Sports Camp.  Joyce holds degrees from the California Institute of the Arts, the University of London’s Goldsmith College in England, and Northwestern University.
