John Badagliacco joined Northwestern University in November 2024 as the Sports Medicine Operations Coordinator. In this role, he oversees the operational needs of the sports medicine department, supporting team physicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting patient care.
Badagliacco graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training and later earned his master’s degree in Human Physiology-Athletic Training from the University of Oregon. He brings extensive Athletic Training experience working with Division I collegiate sports, including football, baseball, track and field, and women’s triathlon. In addition, he has a strong background in the orthopedic clinic setting, having worked at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, and at Northwestern Medicine in Evanston, IL.
Badagliacco currently resides in Deerfield, IL, with his wife, Marina, and their dog, Leon.
