Grace Ghee joined Northwestern Athletics as an Assistant Director of Marketing in 2025. In her role, she is responsible for leading marketing initiatives, gameday presentations, and fan engagement efforts for Field Hockey, Wrestling, and Softball.

Before returning to Evanston, Ghee spent two years with LSU Athletics Marketing, where she served as Assistant Director of Marketing. At LSU, she oversaw marketing and promotional efforts for volleyball and gymnastics and managed the department’s internship program. She began her time at LSU as a graduate assistant, supporting the marketing operations of multiple sports, including beach volleyball, men's and women's tennis, and softball.

Ghee is also familiar with Northwestern, having previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator and intern with the Wildcats. In that role, she assisted with gameday production and marketing efforts for field hockey, women’s lacrosse, and men’s basketball.

A native of Fairfield, Connecticut, Ghee earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago in 2023 and her master’s degree in Sport Management from Louisiana State University in 2025.
