Estefania joined Northwestern in 2025. She is responsible for managing the health care of the Women's Soccer team.
Estefania is a graduate of Lewis University where she earned a degree in Athletic Training in 2019. She received her Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho in 2021. Estefania came to Northwestern from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Estefania's professional interests include injury prevention measures, sport-specific rehabilitation, and return to sport objective testing. Estefania holds training and certifications in the Mulligan Concept, Total Motion Release, Master Dry Needling, Primal Reflex Release Technique, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.
