Bailey Branch serves as the Associate Director of Business and Human Resources, supporting the financial, administrative, and human resources operations of the department. She ensures compliance with university, state, and federal policies while providing oversight of payroll, purchasing, reporting, and HR processes. In addition, she provides direct supervision and strategic oversight of the Assistant Director of Membership and Customer Experience, helping ensure high-quality customer service, membership operations, and front-line staff management.

Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2018. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University in December 2019.

During her time as a graduate student at Northern Illinois University, Bailey worked as a Marketing & Game Experience Graduate Assistant. She later served as the Lead Membership Services Coordinator for the Park District of Highland Park from July 2019 to October 2020. For six years prior to her arrival in Evanston, she worked in healthcare administration with a focus on medical billing.

Originally from Monticello, Illinois, Bailey enjoys going on walks, baking, volunteering at a fitness boutique, and is currently learning how to play the drums.
