As a redshirt sophomore in 2012, posted an outdoor 1,500-meter time of 4:49.05 at the Len Paddock Invitational.

High School: Graduated from Gull Lake High School (2009) ... National Honor Society ... Four-time All-Wolverine Conference selection in cross country and track ... Michigan state qualifier in the 3,200-meter run and 3,200-meter relay (2007) ... Claimed GLHS' Most Outstanding Track Athlete honor three times (2007, '08, '09) ...
