Taylor Ford comes to Northwestern as a Strength Coach after serving as the Assistant Performance Coach at New Mexico in 2022-2023, working with the Lobos' women's basketball and men's golf teams.

Prior to her year in Albuquerque, Ford was the Strength and Conditioning OPS Assistant at Florida from 2021-2022. In Gainesville, Ford worked with the basketball and tennis teams, directing strength training sessions for women's tennis.

From 2020-2021, Ford was at Frostburg State, working as a Strength and Conditioning Intern. She assisted with strength training and conditioning programs for men's and women's basketball, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's swimming, women's soccer and football.

Before Frostburg State, Ford worked in Palo Alto, California with Stanford from 2019-2020. Ford was a Sports Performance Intern, serving the football, men's and women's basketball, gymnastics, beach volleyball, men's and women's diving, men's golf, synchronized swimming, men's water polo and women's field hockey teams.

Ford is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science. In 2022, Ford earned her Master's of Sports Science and Rehabilitation at Logan University.
