Bio
2021-22: Took bronze in the 200 IM against Indiana (10/16) ... Took silver in the 200 back and bronze in the 100 back versus UIC (10/23) ... Finished 10th in the 200 IM and 11th in the 200 back at the Purdue Invitational (11/20).
2020-21: Finished eighth in the 200 IM and 10th in the 200 free in his Northwestern debut against Michigan and Indiana (1/16) ... Took bronze in the 400 IM and fourth in the 200 free (1/23) ... Took silver in the 200 free with a personal best time of 1:37.28, and finished second in the 200 IM against Illinois and Wisconsin (2/6) ... Finished 11th in the 200 IM, 14th in the 400 IM and 22nd in the 200 back at the Big Ten Championships (3/2-6).
At UConn: In first year as a Husky, Jurcik was a two time finalist at the ACC Championship with top-five finishes in the 200 IM and 1650 Free. He finished the 2018-19 season with eight individual wins, with notable wins at Villanova and Boston College in the 100 and 200 Free. In his sophomore outing, Jurcik finished top three at the 2020 ACC Championship in the 200 IM with a seasons best time of 1:45.93.
