2026: Started all 52 games... Led all Wildcats in batting average (.312), on-base percentage (.393), slugging percentage (.653), runs (52), hits (63), triples (4), home runs (16), runs batted in (41) and total bases (132)... Became the first Wildcat to lead the team in batting average and home runs since Shawn Goosenberg in 2021... His 16 home runs and 132 total bases this season both rank second in program history... Posted his first hit and homer of the year with a solo shot in Northwestern’s first win of the season against Rice (2/15)... Went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI against Cornell (2/20)... Ripped a walkoff two-RBI single in the bottom of the 11th inning to beat Cornell (2/21)... Logged a 2-for-4 day with his second homer of the season at No. 5 Georgia Tech (2/28)... Posted a nine-game hitting streak between 2/22-3/13 in which he went 12-for-36 with three home runs... Went 2-for-4 with a two-run blast in the Wildcats’ win over Omaha (3/7)... Football: Accumulated 1,714 passing yards, 213 rushing yards and nine total touchdowns while starting 10 games for Northwestern as a redshirt sophomore in 2024... First Northwestern athlete to play both baseball and football for the Wildcats since Dan Kubiuk in 2015-16.
High School: Three-sport athlete at Brother Rice, starring in baseball, football and basketball... Originally committed to Notre Dame to play baseball before switching his commitment to Northwestern on a football scholarship... Ranked the No. 1 outfielder in Illinois and the No. 23 outfielder in the country by Perfect Game and profiled as a top 250 MLB prospect by Baseball America... Hit .386 with a .521 on-base percentage as a senior, driving in 46 runs, scoring 51 times and swiping 33 bases while leading Brother Rice to an IHSA Class 4A third-place finish.
