Dianna Lee Named Big Ten Golfer of the Week

EVANSTON, Ill. (October 30, 2025) – After a stellar week at the East Lake Cup saw Dianna Lee capture her second career victory, the Big Ten Conference has named her the Big Ten Women's Golfer of the Week. The award marks the third weekly conference honor of Lee's career.
With rain shortening the stroke play portion of the event to nine holes, Lee was one of only two players to come in under par, firing a two-under 34 as the Wildcats secured the No. 3 seed for match play.
In match play, Lee continued her dominant stretch, defeating Catherine Park 2&1 as Northwestern knocked off No. 2 ranked USC 4-1 to advance to the finals against No. 3 Oregon. The Wildcats fell 4-1 in the final, but Lee picked up a resounding 5&4 win over Shyla Singh to put a point on the board for the 'Cats.
After a practice trip to Florida over Martin Luther King Day Weekend, the Wildcats are set to raise the curtain on their spring slate at the Purdue Puerto Rico Classic, February 1-2, in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
