Applications Now Open for Northwestern Athletics and Recreation’s Most Valuable Teacher Program

Applications for Northwestern Athletics and Recreation's 2024-2025 Most Valuable Teacher recognition program are now open! A local teacher will be recognized at home games throughout the year, including at the following sports: women's soccer, men's soccer, volleyball, men's basketball, women's basketball, lacrosse, softball, and baseball. Winners will receive a prize pack from Northwestern Athletics and Recreation, including a free massage, a six-month gym membership through the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, two free tickets to a show at the Wirtz Center for Performing Arts, as well as additional prizes. Recipients will be recognized in-game and receive complimentary tickets. Parents, school administrators, and fellow teachers may nominate a teacher from their school community, and recipients can be from any kindergarten through 8th grade institution.
