SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Wildcats will head to South Bend on Friday for their final non-conference match of duel season. No. 50 Northwestern will match up against No. 49 Notre Dame at 4 p.m. CT.

Northwestern heads to Indiana coming off of a 0-4 loss at home versus No. 4 Columbia last weekend. The Lions had a strong start, picking up the doubles point, and managed to win the first three finished single matches to end the match early. Gleb Blekher was able to win his first singles set against No. 60 Alex Kotzen, but unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to secure the match win. Chad Miller also won his first set before the match went unfinished.

Notre Dame is looking to continue a win streak following a home victory over Cleveland State last Sunday. The team is led by Sebastian Dominko, who sits at No. 28 in the latest ITA singles rankings.

In the doubles rankings, Northwestern's Presley Thieneman and Greyson Casey joined the list at No. 67 on Tuesday, their first ranking of the season. The pair has gone 6-3 so far this spring, including one ranked victory over a then-No.45 doubles pair from Alabama.

After wrapping up in Notre Dame, the 'Cats will take a two-week break before traveling to Columbus to open Big Ten action against Ohio State on March 22 at 5 p.m. CT.
