'Cats Compete at Meyo Invitational

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The 'Cats traveled to Notre Dame this weekend to compete at the Meyo Invitational. Kicking off Day One of the meet was Emily Casaclang in the Women's 5,000m with a Top-10 finish and an indoor PR in the event (17:08.79). The following day, the 'Cats competed in the Women's Mile. Maddy Whitman battled her way to the finish just shy of her indoor PR in the event (5:03.56). Second-year Fiona Lenth won the following heat of the Women's Mile (5:04.98) and close behind was first-year Serena Frolli in third (5:07.71). Each ran indoor PR's in the event.
Next up is the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/10 - 2/11) where the 'Cats look forward to racing in a highly competitive field.
