Anna Hightower, Ava Earl and Mallory Grubb set the pace in the one-mile run, taking the first three places after finishing 4:46.81, 4:46.91 and 5:08.68 respectively. This performance moves Hightower to third and Earl to fourth on Northwestern's all-time list.
The dynamic duo of Earl and Hightower toed the starting line again an hour later—this time in the 800 meter. Earl finished in first place with a school record time of 2:12.89. Following Earl, Hightower ran 2:20.48.
Katherine Hessler took the title in the 3,000 meter race in a time of 9:43.82, moving her way up on the all-time list to the tenth position. She was followed on the track by Maddy Whitman, Deepti Choudhury and Whitney Currie in 10:05.38, 10:15.96 and 10:22.83 respectively.
