Northwestern Extends Partnership With Paciolan

'Cats continue long-term relationship with leading mobile ticketing, marketing and fundraising solution for college athletics
EVANSTON, Illinois -- Northwestern Athletics has signed a multi-year extension of its relationship with Paciolan, an industry leader in ticketing and marketing solutions for college athletics. Through this cutting-edge partnership, Paciolan will provide Wildcats Athletics with comprehensive ticketing, marketing, fundraising and elite customer relationship management (CRM) technology. These solutions will enhance the customer experience while providing the department with analytics and data that allow for a better curated relationship with fans.
"As we continue to implement innovative, contemporary strategies to enhance the fan experience, it is critical to first establish the proper infrastructure to support our solutions," said Tyler Jones, Northwestern's Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations. "Our partnership with Paciolan helps us strategically develop that foundation for fan interactions now and in the future.
The external team will optimize Paciolan's marketing automation tool, powered by Oracle Eloqua. With this unique tool, Northwestern Athletics will implement personalized campaigns informed by user preferences, activities, purchase history, and philanthropic giving. In addition, Paciolan's digital marketing solutions will deliver enriched marketing campaigns, including paid social, search, display, and video, to acquire new clients, engage existing fans, and grow revenue to support Wildcats student-athletes.
The department also will leverage Paciolan's integrated fundraising solution, PAC Fund. This tool seamlessly integrates with the ticketing infrastructure to offer donors and season ticket holders a streamlined experience to buy tickets, donate to The Wildcat Fund, manage their priority points, and take advantage of member benefits.
