Head Coach Jill Miller announced the cross country program’s 2022 Fall schedule that will challenge the ‘Cats on premier courses and against top competition from around the nation.
EVANSTON, Ill. - Head Coach Jill Miller announced the cross country program's 2022 Fall schedule that will challenge the 'Cats on premier courses and against top competition from around the nation.
The 'Cats will open the season at the NIU Huskie Challenge in DeKalb, Ill., and will consistently build on their competitive depth over the next six weeks to gain valuable experience before the championship season. This experience will come from previewing all championship courses: the Big Ten Championship course on September 9th, the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship course on September 30th, and the NCAA Championship course on October 15th.
Miller said competing in these invitationals will help the 'Cats strengthen their competitive depth throughout the Fall.
At the end of October and into November, the 'Cats will be competing against the best of the Big Ten Conference and the Midwest Region with the goal of qualifying for the National Championship to take place in Stillwater, Oklahoma on November 19th.

9/30 Friday: Loyola Lakefront Invitational; Chicago, IL

10/14 Friday: Bradley Pink Classic; Peoria, IL
10/15 Saturday: Pre-National Meet; Stillwater, OK
10/28 Friday: Big Ten Championships; Ann Arbor, MI
11/11 Friday: NCAA Regional Championship; Columbia, MO
11/19 Saturday: NCAA National Championship; Stillwater, OK
