Women's Golf Takes Fifth In Heroes Ladies Intercollegiate

SARASOTA, Fla. -- Three Wildcats finished in the top-25 as Northwestern took fifth in the Heroes Ladies Intercollegiate. The 'Cats carded an 874 as a team in the 5-count-4 format tournament.
Northwestern was led by sophomore Irene Kim, who finished tied for the 11th spot on the weekend. She ended the tournament one-under par, the second time in her Northwestern career finishing under par in a three-round tournament. Juniors Kelly Su and Kelly Sim both finished tied for 15th. This marks Kelly Sim's fourth career top-25 finish and Kelly Su's second.
