EVANSTON, Ill. – Lindsey Pulliam is one of the thirty-six athletes set to attend the U.S. Pan American Games women's basketball team trials from May 16-20 at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Student-athletes eligible for the team must be U.S. citizens who are currently enrolled as a full-time collegiate student with remaining eligibility for 2019-20. Pulliam is 1-of-6 student-athletes from the Big Ten Conference.
The starting guard is coming off an outstanding sophomore campaign where she etched her name in the Northwestern record book after becoming the fastest player in program history to reach 1,000 career points. Pulliam averaged 16.5 points per game throughout the season to lead the Wildcats in scoring for the second-straight year. The Silver Spring, MD. native led the #B1GCats in field goals, free throws, and minutes and owns NU's fifth longest double-digit scoring streak at 28 games.
