11/18/2019 11:00:00 AM | Men's Swimming and Diving, Women's Swimming and Diving
EVANSTON, IL -- Monday afternoon, Northwestern's Director of Swimming and Diving, Jeremy Kipp announced the newest additions to Wildcats roster for the class of 2024.
"Our staff is incredibly excited about these student-athletes joining us for the 2020 season," says Kipp. "As our team continues to improve in both our performance and culture of expectations, I believe these newest Wildcats will help us continue to climb in the ranks of collegiate swimming and diving and achieve the overall goals set by our staff and student-athletes. Northwestern has always been about the people and we're very fortunate to have the leadership from our current student-athletes, who have embraced the goals and mindset of our staff as we set out to establish the new standard of Northwestern Swimming & Diving. Through their example, we are able to attract the student-athletes of the highest caliber year-over-year and continue towards our long term goals of contending for conference titles, being competitive on the national level and preparing our student-athletes to represent their home countries on the world stage. We are excited to build on the success of last year and even more so to do it with the newest members of our Wildcat family."
This marks the second recruiting class under Kipp and his staff. The 'Cats have seen an immediate impact for last year's class, with the women being ranked as high as 15 during the 2019-2020 season.
