Giordano's with Joe Set for October 30

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern women's basketball head coach Joe McKeown will tip off the season with "Giordano's With Joe," held next Wednesday, Oct. 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Giordano's Pizza in Evanston.
Coach McKeown will hold a radio show with WNUR Sports, the flagship station of Northwestern Women's Basketball.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early, eat dinner and listen to coach talk with the hosts. The WNUR hosts will bring fans in attendance into the conversation by conducting a Q&A session and Coach McKeown after his on-air interview.
Giordano's is located at 1527 Chicago Ave. in Evanston.
The Wildcats are coming off a postseason run to the WNIT Championship Game and return all but of one of last year's players to the squad.
Northwestern tips off its new season in two weeks with an exhibition at Welsh-Ryan Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 6 against Lewis at 7 p.m. The 'Cats will play their first official game four days later on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 3:30 p.m. against Loyola Maryland at Welsh-Ryan.
