Dear Northwestern,

Thank you for an amazing journey. I would not be where I am today without the people I met and the experiences I had in Evanston.

Thank you for the constant love and support. I felt part of a family from the beginning and that feeling never once wavered during my time on campus.

There is no place like Northwestern. There just isn't.

Thank you for allowing me to compete and excel in the Big Ten Conference. You put me in a position to do what I love, travel the country, play on the biggest stages, and create memories I will never forget.

Thank you for expecting a lot from me, both on and off the field. I was pushed to be better person every single day, which has more than prepared me for life after graduation.

Thank you for investing wholeheartedly in my success and truly wanting the best for me. The support system at Northwestern is unlike any other and the resources available to student-athletes have presented me with opportunities I never imagined.

Thank you for teaching me to focus on what you can control. There were ups and downs over my four years, but Northwestern taught me how to be patient, work hard, and prepare for everything that life could throw my way. This is something I will always cherish.

Lastly, thank you for introducing me to my lifelong friends. No matter where life takes me and no matter what happens, good or bad, I know I will always have my NU family by my side. That's special.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Northwestern. I am extremely blessed to be a Wildcat. Best four years of my life.
