2018 Alex Wilson Invitational – RESULTS

Ostenso, a senior from Ladysmith, Wisconsin, turned in a 9:49.08 performance to win the 3K, two seconds ahead of the runner-up and more than 11-seconds ahead of third-place. Classmate Haley Albers earned a seventh-place result in a time of 10:24.22, the best performance of her indoor career.

In the 'Cats opening event of the afternoon, Coffey broke the five-minute mark in the miile for the first time in her indoor career, finishing in 4:56.04 in fifth-place, just three seconds behind the leader. In her second straight weekend of competition, the senior shaved nearly four seconds off the personal best she ran just seven days ago at the Husky Classic in Seattle.

Sophomore MacKenzie Wilson turned in an indoor personal best of 2:46.64 in the 800M event.

The 'Cats will wrap up the indoor track regular-season next weekend, on Feb. 25, at the Boston University Last Chance Meet.
