Next Giordano's With Joe Set for January 16

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Join head coach Joe McKeown for the January installment of Giordano's With Joe and The Joe McKeown Show next Tuesday, Jan. 16 from 6-8 p.m. at Giordano's Pizza in Evanston.
Coach McKeown's monthly radio show with WNUR Sports will air live on-site from Giordano's, beginning around 6:15 p.m. It will feature interviews with two Northwestern student-athletes. Last month, interviews with sophomore forwards Bryana Hopkins and Abbie Wolf highlighted the show.
Fans will be able to participate in the conversation through a Q&A session with Coach McKeown and each student-athlete, hosted by WNUR after the interviews. Students in attendance are encouraged to arrive early and eat dinner while listening to The Joe McKeown Show.
Giordano's is located at 1527 Chicago Ave. in Evanston.
Northwestern women's basketball is 8-10 this season. First-year guard Lindsey Pulliam leads the team with 14.6 points per game, and her .865 free throw percentage is second in the Big Ten. Junior forward Pallas Kunaiyi-Akpanah is averaging a double-double with 10.6 points and 10.7 rebounds per game, with her overall rebound average third in the league. She is also second in the Big Ten with an average of 7.8 defensive rebounds per game.
