EVANSTON, Ill. --
Northwestern is being represented by two doubles teams at the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships which get underway Wednesday in Palm Desert, California.

Erin Larner and Maddie Lipp earned an automatic bid in the field thanks to winning the ITA Midwest Regional Championships two weeks ago in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They'll be joined by the duo of Alex Chatt and Lee Or who earned an at-large bid after finishing as runners-up to Larner and Lipp at the event.

Larner and Lipp face a stiff challenge right out of the gates as they'll square off against the third-seeded team in the draw, Duke's Kelly Chen and Samantha Harris. Meanwhile, Chatt and Or will take on NC State's Anna Rogers and Claudia Wiktorin in the opening round of 32.

Action continues throughout the week with the championship match scheduled for Sunday.

In addition, the Wildcats is sending four individuals to the Jack Kramer Classic in Rolling Hills Estates, California, beginning on Thursday. Caroline Pozo, Inci Ogut, Julie Byrne and Rheeya Doshi are representing Northwestern in the field.
