Katie Sullivan Named Women's Basketball Assistant Director of Operations

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern head women's basketball coach Joe McKeown has announced the addition of Katie Sullivan to the team's staff as assistant director of operations.
"I am thrilled to be a part of the Northwestern family," Sullivan said. "I have worked with Coach McKeown in the past and I looked forward to learning from him as well the rest of the staff. Northwestern strives for excellence on and off the court, and I look forward to becoming a part of its great tradition."
In this role, Sullivan will be responsible for all aspects of team video and assist with organizing travel and the day-to-day operations of the program.
"Katie brings a wealth of great basketball experience to Northwestern," McKeown said. "Her time with USA Basketball, will be a great asset to our program. She also brings great coaching experience at Colorado College and playing experience at Saint Mary's. I had the opportunity to work with Katie at the World University Games and she had a great attitude and work ethic!"
Prior to arriving in Evanston, Sullivan served as the National Teams coordinator for USA Basketball and was an assistant coach at Colorado College.
The South Bend, Ind., native is a 2012 graduate of St. Mary's College where she was a four-year letter winner on the women's basketball team.
