EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern is set to compete in the 53rd annual Ken Kraft Midlands Championships, which begins tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. inside Welsh-Ryan Arena.
The Wildcats are led by second-seeded Jason Tsirtsis at 149 lbs. and will have 16 wrestlers compete at #Midlands53. Five Wildcats are seeded for this year's event.
The 2015 Midlands will the biggest one yet with 42 teams and over 400 wrestlers set to compete. The two-day event will conclude at 8 p.m. with the final round aired live on Big Ten Network.
Session I will start at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday with Session II set for 7 p.m. later that night. Session III begins at noon on Wednesday.
