Wildcat Invitational Draw Sheets
EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern's women's tennis team plays host to the 2012 Wildcat Invitational this weekend at the Vandy Christie and Combe Tennis Centers.
Action is slated to get underway at 10 a.m. Friday. The tentative schedule calls for two rounds of singles and potentially one round of doubles on Friday. The final two rounds of doubles are on tap for Saturday, while the last round of singles is slated for Sunday.
In addition to Northwestern, schools represented at the invite include Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, DePaul, Northern Iowa, Western Michigan, Oklahoma and UIC.
The Wildcats are being represented in doubles play by Kate Turvy, Linda Abu Mushrefova, Belinda Niu, Alicia Barnett and Nida Hamilton. Doubles action features the NU teams of Abu Mushrefova/Hamilton, Turvy/Barnett and Niu/Anna Livadaru.
Abu Mushrefova paced Northwestern at last weekend's Roberta Alison Fall Classic in Tuscaloosa, Ala., as she won both her singles draw as well as her doubles draw while teaming with Hamilton.
