EVANSTON, Ill. -- Wildcat Fastbreak, Northwestern's weekly basketball show, wraps up its first season when the season finale airs tonight (Tuesday, Mar. 8) on Comcast SportsNet Chicago.
This week's show takes a look back at senior night for the Northwestern men, along with a reflection from the four seniors on their Wildcat careers. Additionally, viewers will be given an All Access pass into the Northwestern locker room following the win over Minnesota.
On the women's side, this week's episode takes an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Wildcats as they prepared for the Big Ten Tournament at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Both Northwestern head coaches - Bill Carmody and Joe McKeown - will be in studio with host Dave Eanet to talk about their teams as the basketball postseason begins in earnest.
Wildcat Fastbreak will debut Tuesday night at 11 p.m. CT on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, then air again on CSN Chicago at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. The show also airs nationally on the Big Ten Network at a special time of 1 p.m. Wednesday. Wildcat Fastbreak is hosted by Eanet, Sports Director at WGN Radio, and is produced as a partnership between Northwestern Athletics and the Medill School. The 10-episode show began along with Big Ten conference play in January.
