TULSA, Okla. -- Northwestern's Spencer Wolf and Raleigh Smith were among the singles competitors in Saturday's first and second rounds at the All-American Championships prequalifying draw in Tulsa, Okla.
After a first-round bye, Wolf advanced once again when his would-be opponent, Jonathon Knowlman of San Francisco, withdrew from the tournament. On Sunday, the NU junior will square off with Matthias Kidler of USC Upstate, where a win would put him within one match of reaching the tounament's qualifying draw.
Smith fell by a 6-3, 6-1 outcome to Utah's Ace Matias in his opening-round singles contest.
Senior Joshua Graves also is entered in the All-American Championships but will begin play in the qualifying round.
Complete results from Saturday's two rounds of action are available at the top of the page in PDF format.
