Wildcat Insider Airs Friday Night on WGN Radio

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Wildcat Insider, Northwestern's weekly half-hour show on WGN Radio (720 AM or wgnradio.com), airs tonight (Friday, Jan. 28) at 9:30 p.m. CT. The show is hosted by WGN Sports Director Dave Eanet and Northwestern Athletics and Recreation Director Jim Phillips.
This week's guest is award-winning sportswriter and best-selling author Alan Abrahamson. Abrahamson, who worked 17 years for the Los Angeles Times and then four-plus years for MSNBC, is a 1980 graduate of Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism. Abrahamson, who co-authored two recent books on Michael Phelps and Apolo Ohno, is considered one of the top Olympic sports journalists in the country.
