Northwestern To Host Wildcat Women's Sports Weekend

EVANSTON, Ill. -- In celebration of the past, present and future of Northwestern women's athletics, the athletic department is hosting the Wildcat Women's Athletic Reunion April 30 through May 2, 2010.
This weekend will serve as a chance for all former female student-athletes to return to Evanston and connect with old friends and teammates as well as experience all of the exciting changes that have occurred in recent years.
Highlights of the weekend will include home contests for women's lacrosse and softball, a tour of the athletic facilities, a tailgate, a student-athlete/alumnae networking session, a reception held at the Hotel Orrington, team specific events (such as alumni games, brunches, etc.) and more!
The cost for the weekend is $50. We are also offering a young alum price for $35 to those who graduated in years 2005-09.

11:15 a.m. -- Tour of Facilities (Anderson Hall)
11:30 a.m. -- Tailgate (East parking lot of Ryan Field)
1 p.m. -- Softball vs. Penn State (Recognition of alums)
4 p.m. -- Student-athletes/Alumni Networking Event (Alison Hall)
7 to 8:30 p.m. -- Reception for all alumnae, mentors and coaches (Hotel Orrington)
8:30 p.m. -- Dinner on own
Sunday, May 2
