Weather Changes Time, Location of 'Cats Game at Penn

PHILADELPHIA -- Heavy rain in the Philadelphia area has forced a change in time and venue for the Northwestern women's soccer match at Penn Friday night.

The match will now begin at 6:30 p.m. CT, 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. It will be contested at Vidas Field on the campus of Drexel University.

More than 1.5 inches of rain has fallen in Philadelphia over the past 24 hours, necessitating the venue change. Drexel University has a Sprinturf synthetic playing surface.
