Big Ten Network to Air Bowl Preview Special Tonight

CHICAGO -- Northwestern's upcoming appearance in the 2010 Outback Bowl will be one of seven Big Ten mathcups featured in the Big Ten Bowl Preview Special at 8 p.m. CT on Thursday night on the Big Ten Network. Host Dave Revsine will be joined in studio by Gerry DiNardo, Howard Griffith and Chris Martin. The analysts will preview every Big Ten bowl game, discuss the keys to the game and make their bowl predictions during the one-hour show.

The Big Ten Network will provide studio and on-site coverage for the conference's New Year's Day bowl games. Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith will host pre-game, post-game and late post-game show from Chicago. Chris Martin will join the 'Cats in Tampa, while Rick Pizzo and Glen Mason will cover Ohio State in the Rose Bowl from Pasadena. Anthony Herron will follow Penn State in the Capital One Bowl in Orlando. In addition, Herron will be joined by Brent Stover to cover Iowa in the FedEx Orange Bowl from Miami.

The network also will report on results from the conference's other games, Michigan State in the Alamo Bowl vs. Texas Tech, Minnesota in the Insight Bowl vs. Iowa State and Wisconsin vs. Miami in the Champs Sports bowl.
